Catalog and Group not visible in Fiori Launchpad designer after UI5 Upgrade

Hi

We have updated pre dev server to SAP UI 750 Service Pack 003 with SAP UI library version 1.36.15. Now After TR movement from Dev to PRedev Catalog and Group is not visible neither in launchpad designer nor in System. If i am going to create a new Catalog with same id It gives Duplicate resource Page error.

Is there any solution to this issue?

Cleaning up the meta data caches, as it is mentioned in 2251801, did not bring any changes.
