Customer would like to know if it's possible to change the reporter or owner for an incident created.
Request clarification before answering.

Please kindly follow the KBA2403394 - How to change support case details - SAP for Me - SAP for Me.
Once a support case has been submitted to SAP it is not possible to change the S-user ID (reporter), but additional contacts (S-users) can be added according to KBA 2213199.
However, if the S-user that created a case is to be deleted and a new S-user ID taking over the case, the new S-user ID must log a new case and indicate it is a continuation of previous case number.
