CAP Multitenancy in multiple regions of same global account

Can we subscribe applications in consumer accounts which are within the same global account but have different regions using CAP.

For example: We have a global account which has two subaccounts in Eu10 and another in US10. 
I deployed my app in a provider subaccount (EU10), now I can see the app in service marketplace of EU10 accounts but not in US10. 
Is there a way we can achieve the same for different regions via CAP?
