CAP Application Error: Bad Request\nYour client has issued a malformed or illegal request

Hi,

I have created a CAP application to consume SAP SuccessFactors API. I have set up basic authentication in BTP destination. The application was working fine but suddenly started giving below mentioned error while hitting the end point:

Error: Bad Request</h1>\n<h2>Your client has issued a malformed or illegal request

Is it CAP Java or Node.js, is this error coming from the SuccessFactor backend? If yes, how does the request look like?

It is Node.Js.

Example of request:

srv.on(['READ'], STPILocation, async (req) => { try { let a = 'EmpJob?$select=customString31' let res = await ECPersonalInformation.run(a); let x = res.map(item => item.customString31) return { status: "200", result: x } } catch (error) { return { status: "500", result: error.innererror.response.body } }

}).

Till Friday ,It was working fine. I haven't change anything and suddenly it started throwing error

Have you checked if there where any updates on the SAP SuccessFactors API?

Hello Gregor,

No I haven't check the updates on the SAP SuccessFactors API. But there is no change in the POSTMAN if using the API through POSTMAN
