Cannot view SAP Note/KBA 'Error: You are not entitled for SAP Note/KBA'

Dear PERSON_NAME,
I have difficulties in viewing SAP KBA/Notes. It prompted me that I am not the target audience for the KBA.

3233516 - Sorry! You are not entitled to access SAP Note/KBA - SAP for Me - SAP for Me

Precondition:

The SAP Notes and KBA are not for SAP Internal.

Syptom:

Your account is not lock and you can't see any of the KBAs and SAP Notes.

Cause: 

When you are seeing the "Sorry! You are not entitled for SAP Note/KBA" message on more than one SAP Note/KBA, then that means the maintenance for your Customer Number is in a terminated status. When that happens SAP Notes/KBAs are not available to be viewed, even within the CCC scenario.

Resolution:

You have to contact your SAP Account Manager or SAP Order Manager for further help on this kind of Maintenance Terminated Problem.
