Cannot unsubscribe from SAP Build Process Automation

Hi Experts,

In my BTP Subaccount I was trying to delete the SAP Build Process Automation subcription. Unfortunately I get a message saying. "Unsubsription failed".

I already removed any Process Automations in the SAP Build Lobby but I still get the same error.
I found some other questions also with the same error in the community but none that have been resolved with a explanation.
Any help would be appreciated.
