cannot save global script in Personas 3.0 SP16

Good day,

I've logged this issue with the SAP helpdesk, I was wondering if anyone has experienced similar thing. This is unique to this sandbox and I think it is occurring because someone has directly loaded an object to .js library thus preventing us to save any global script. The global script below is just a test, I'm basically putting some comments and trying to save and right away I get this error. I also get the message if I try to change any "existing" global script.

The error refers to url https://github.com/w3c/tidy-html5.

Is there any way for me to find out the source of this error? What is causing this? Where is it, etc?
