Cannot proceed to confirm after TCI imported in SPAM

Dear expert,

I tried to follow this guide to enable TCI.

2187425 - Information about SAP Note Transport based Correction Instructions (TCI) - SAP ONE Support...

I imported the package in SPAM. But i cannot proceed complete it because it's require to implement the SAPNOTE1995550 to confirm the SPAM queue. But when i uploaded that note to snote, it's say that this note cannot implement even though my System component is matched (SAPBASIS 740).

Can someone help me about this issue? Since I already imported to SPAM, I cannot reset the status to try another way.

1. What is the SPAM/SAINT version?

2. Are you having user authorization to SAP_OCS_STD to implement the TCI?

3. Transaction SPAM starting in the which client?

1. My SPAM version is 7.40/0074

2. Yes, my user have that authorization

3. SPAM transaction is in client 000

I resolved this issue by creating an incident to SAP support. This case seems like only be fixed from SAP side.
