Cannot login to Power Designer Portal using ADMIN credentials anymore

Hello,

We setup the PowerDesigner Portal more than one year ago.
The ADMIN password that we used to login to the portal is no longer working: "Invalid username and/or password. Please try again."

Can someone help?

Hello,

The user is probably blocked and the cmrserver.log file should clearly indicate why ADMIN could not connect anymore.
As an example, "The user 'ADMIN' is blocked.Please contact your system administrator."

Any other member of the Administrators group in the Repository's list of users can change the password of ADMIN.
If ADMIN is the only administrator for the repository then you have to follow the steps described in KBA 2542533 to reset the password that unblocks ADMIN.
