cannot login download manager after renew saprouter

Request failed. Exception: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target; Class: class javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException

Regarding to the error message, It's not a problem with the Download Manager software itself. The issue happens because customer's local PC doesn't rely to softwaredownloads.sap.com SSL certificate .
