Cannot log into SAP Business Application Studio Trial Edition

Hi,

I'm trying to access the SAP Business Application Studio from the BTP Cockpit trial edition.  I have an S-ID with a subscription to the SAP Learning Hub.  I have my SAP BTP Trial account set up.  I have my trial subaccount set up.  The Cloud Foundry Environment and Kyma Environment are up and running.  I have a dev space created in the Cloud Foundry.

When I go the the Trial Home of the BTP Cockpit, I click on SAP Business Application Studio.  It asks me for a username and password, so I enter the one that I'm currently logged into the cockpit with and I get an error message.  This is what I get:

I'm not sure what I am doing wrong to get this message.  When I go into the subaccount I created, I go to Security -> Users and I have added the following roles (I found a post stating these role collections should be added to my account):
- Business_Application_Studio_Administrator
- Business_Application_Studio_Developer
- Business_Application_Studio_Extension_Deployer

Has anyone run into this problem or have any idea as to what I need to change?  The error message also gives me a troubleshooting correlation ID but if you go to create a message to send to SAP through me.sap.com, it tells you they don't support messages for free trials of products.
