Cannot find "Manage Legal Templates" tile in SAP S/4HANA for Enterprise Contract Management

Hi expert, we want to implement ECM(enterprise contract management), and learn how to create templates from following URL.

However, I cannot find "Manage Legal Templates" tile in our S/4 HANA system. Is there some configuration? Please help, thanks!

not sure, if your question is still open for you.
The app "Manage Legal Templates" is part of the solution "SAP Enterprise Contract Assembly". This is a cloud solution (SaaS) on BTP and is not part of the SAP S/4HANA system.

3. Manage Legal Documents
