Cannot create a single file installer in SAP Installation Server

Hi guys,

I have an issue with creating a single file self-installing package in SAP installation server. I've installed an SAP installation server ver. 8.00, updated products to the latest patch level, created installation packages. Now I want to create a single file installer. Reproducing the issue: in the packages tree, right click the package that I want to create a self-installing file from and choose compress package to single-file installer. At the end of process, the process is hang. I've attached the screenshot with this situation.

Additional info: I'm using ver. 8.00 64 bit. If I exclude from the package product ECL Viewer 13.0 64 bit, the self-installing file are created!

Does the issue still occur? I think you'd need to create a ticket in BC-FES-INS so we may further investigate this

I'm afraid I don't have a solution to offer, but I have exactly the same problem as you describe.
