Cannot connect to SAP BI Platform from SAP Lumira Discovery

Dear all,

We have installed the below on one Windows Server machine:
1. SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.3 Support Pack 2 Patch 6
2. SAP LUMIRA SERVER 2.4 SP00 Patch5
3. SAP LUMIRA DESIGNER 2.4 SP00 Patch5
4. SAP LUMIRA DISCOVERY 2.4 SP00 Patch5

When trying to connect to SAP BI Platform from SAP Lumira Discovery, we have an error: FQDN

Lumira Server is running as can be seen from Central Management Console

What is the cause of this error?

Most of the problems are due to the Client and Server being installed on the same machine and this was not recommended in version 4.2 and should not be done in version 4.3 due to conflicts.

in Preferences --> Network --> Enable Restful logon

So I enabled RESTful logon in Preferences --> Network and the Server: http://10.60.20.182:6405/biprws

Now, we can connect succesfully.

Check whether there is a firewall in between or not
