We are experiencing the following error:
any ideas on how to resolve this? we have uploaded the IPA file with the respective password.

Hello Heavenly, Thanks for reaching out to us,
Check your projects and try compiling them again, both for iOS and Android.
Creat all the credentials correctly, both for iOS and Android, the compilation generated the .ipa (For iOS) and the apk (For Android) normally and without any errors.
