Can we use SFTP for EDI Inbound Commuications in Integration Suite?

Hello Everyone,

Did anyone tried Trading Partner Management in Integration Suite using SFTP communication??

Or anyone implemented Inbound EDI using SFTP/FTP adapter?

I am looking to save the User details in Partner Directory and retrieve in run time while fetching data from SFTP Server.

Please guide me how can it be done.

From Nov 2023, you have the option to use ProcessDirect as your Sender Adapter in TPM. This allows you to use SFTP As Sender and Receiver Channels in your TPM. If you havent had the chance, you can check this and other features in this TPM series of mine :

Trading Partner Management only supports the following type systems:

• Edifact
• X12
• SAP IDoc
• SAP SOAP On-Premise
• SAP SOAP Cloud
