we are sap successfactors customer with LMS module implemented last year.
we have a large number of request of end users to reset their learnin pincode number.
unfortunately, there is no api call to reset the pincode: is it possible to use sap build to imitate an admin user going in learning administration, search for the employee and press reset pin code and save change.
we would like to automate these task to lower ou support costs

Interesting ...You mean something like this:
1) Create an app or web page where user can say they need a password reset (they would have to be authenticated as SF user).
2) This triggers an SAP Build Process Automation workflow which starts an automation bot on a VM, which opens up SF UI (as admin) and resets the users password.
Is that what you had in mind?

There is an automation bot SDK for SuccessFactors: https://help.sap.com/docs/IRPA/1154f48dd7ab430ea52badeb4359e4b4/bc4de269f44b4074a13bd08c138111bf.htm...
Here's blog that talks about similar use case: https://blogs.sap.com/2020/06/03/automate-sap-successfactors-with-sap-intelligent-rpa/

that's correct : current capability in standard is only relying on Admin action on Lms Administration side to trigger the reset of the E-Sign Request.
to finalize the request, employee have to login again to LMS in order to enter the new PIN code.
Having the admin action done could lower admin activity tasks related to pin code and could be a good success Story both internally & externally on the benefits of SAP Build Automation.
