Can we store deliverables and documentation in Cloud ALM beyond solution configuration requirements?

Normally, we have the ability to store the solution configuration requirements in Cloud ALM.

Can we store deliverables and documentation in Cloud ALM as well?

Is there any extra charges for that?

Thanks Vignesh, would you please share how we could store deliverables and documentation in CALM.

Would this be using the Documents option in CALM?

I read that this option doesn't allow us to add word, pdf, ppt at this point. Is there any other way to do that?
