Can we share the Alert notification service instance among different spaces from one subaccount ?

I have one provider subaccount and have multiple spaces for different enablement teams. I want to share single instance of Alert Notification service with all the enablement team spaces. Can we share the Alert notification service instance among different spaces from one provider subaccount ?

i think it depends on the scope of the event, if event scope ans:eventScope is CF_SPACE, ans instance residing in other space of the subaccount can read events in other spaces.

Currently, SAP Alert Notification service instances could not be shared accross spaces within a single subaccount.
