Can we develop custom Adobe Forms from Scratch and Deploy the same to S4HANA Public Cloud?

Hi Experts,

Currently we are implementing S4HANA Public Cloud Version 2402 for a client and the requirement is to develop Custom Adobe Form from scratch for Service Entry Sheets. Could you please let me know if we can do this in Public Cloud and if yes how can we execute this? How to develop the user interface to trigger the developed form?

Note: This post is not about extending any existing Form Templates provide by SAP.

if yes, can you just download the sap template, delete all UI control  and put the ui control you want in the form?

Usage of custom forms, created via Key User App "Maintain Form Templates", to render print documents via Forms service by Adobe, is currently not supported via Developer Extensibility in S/4 HANA Cloud.

Furthermore there are no options to maintain customer forms via ABAP Development Tools (ADT). Additionally, SAP standard repository for custom forms within Developer Extensibility in S/4 HANA Cloud is not available.

Note that this restriction does not apply when S/4 HANA Output Management is used. Please refer 3355397 - No support for custom form templates in S/4 HANA Cloud Developer Extensibility - SAP for M... for more details.

Please also go through KBA  3356705 - Not able to upload a custom template in Maintain Form Template App - SAP for Me where it is mentioned that currently it is not possible to access SAP standard repository for custom forms within Developer Extensibility.
