If you have questions or issues regarding the actual billing/invoices in the Billing application of SAP for Me (e.g. General invoice questions, missing invoices, too many invoices, invoice inaccuracies, questions on paid invoices, etc.), please email the SAP Cash Collection team directly at FinanceAR@sap.com (they do not work support cases).

In the email, provide your invoice/billing questions, your customer number/name and full details and screenshots of the invoice/invoice number.

Alternatively, you can also email the country-specific cash collection team found in the attachment added to this article.
