Can't download Netweaver Developer Studio 7.5 in One Support Launchpad / Softwarecenter

Hi,

I login to the SAP One Support Launchpad with my S-User and PW. (See 1st snippet.) downlaod-fail-of-nwds.png

When I try to download NWDS 7.5 (snippet 2 and 3) downlaod-fail-of-nwds.png, I am asked for my credetials again. But it isn't acceptet, although I took the same credetials (S-User and PW) as I used for Login to the Launchpad (see 1st snipped).

Maybe you have an idea?

Hello Maximilian,

My suggestion is to contact the colleagues in SAP side at the support component XX-SER-SAPSMP-USR.

They can help you to check the validity of your credentials.
