Can't create new InfoObjects after HANA migration and 7.4 Update

Hello,

we recently migrated our development system to HANA and upgraded if afterwards to 7.4.

Today I wanted to create a new InfoObject and on activation it throws the following errors:

Fehler/Warnung im Dictionary-Aktivierer, ausführl. Protokoll --> Detail

Keine aktive Nametab für /BIC/SZSAP71 vorhanden

Abbruch wegen Inkonsistenzen

Tabelle /BIC/SZSAP71 (Statements konnten nicht generiert werden)

Tabelle /BIC/SZSAP71 ist keine Datenbanktabelle => als Selektionsmethode ungeeignet

Zeilentyp /BIC/SZSAP71 ist nicht aktiv oder existiert nicht

Tabelle /BIC/SZSAP71 ist nicht aktiv vorhanden oder inkonsistent

Suchhilfe /BIC/OZSAP71 konnte nicht aktiviert werden

The Details show the same error messages.

I tired it with different types - only attribute, with or without texts and master data etc. The type is char 20 without small letters. Thanks for any help.

Just try to drop table from database and activate table in SE11 again.

thanks for the answer. The problem is that the table isn't even created, so I cant manually activate it. We tried to create another new characteristic and it is the same error.

There seems to be something wrong but I can not find what is wrong. Manipulation of existing InfoObject works.

Tried to create a new InfoCube, same error on activation for the dimension table. We will open a ticket, but since it is the develop system it will take some time to get an answer, so every help here is still welcome.
