Can't create a Transient Field in Extension BOs

Hello,

How can we add a transient field to an Employee record?

I can not create any transient field on extension BO in C4C. Notes to release 1702 say that it is possible to create such field, but we just keep getting errors while doing so with BO Business Partner. Here is the "What's new article" for 1702 release stating: " You can use now use the [Transient] annotation to define elements in extension BOs (xbo). Hi,

Not all Standard BO extensions shall support the annotation [Transient], it is very similar to actions or node extensions.

In case of BusinessPartner, try adding the field to BusinessPartnerSolutionExtensions, there is 1:1 relation between BP and BPsolution extension.
