Can't access my kyma dashboard-Couldn't Authenticate You,Try Again.

Hi Everyone,

After enabling my Kyma Environment I can't access my dashboard, I keep getting this error. These are screenshot of my Kyma Environment and the error I get.

Please advise on what to do.

Hi hagarnabil Please reset the password once you click on kyma link. Using the same ID (which you are using for SAP BTP login) keep 2 password one for Kyma and one for BTP.

open Kyma in incongnito mode with the url you get from sap btp and reset the password. Whenever you open kyma even if the kyma cluster expires and you enable again, use this password.

Dont use the Kyma password for SAP BTP, use the normal password which you have used
