Can SAP Identity Access Management (IAG) connect to Solution Manger or Opentext?

I am looking to see if SAP IAG can be integrated with Solution Manager or Opentext. I know it is not on the list of integration scenarios, meaning there are no standard connectors available. But does this mean that these connections are not possible at the moment? or is there still a way to accomplish this despite not be a standard integration?

Hi Anna, Please check if they support SCIM based connectivity. If so then you can use the SCIM integration scneario.

We do have Sailpoint connectivity with these systems - so if we were to do the SCIM integration that would be enough to integrate Solution Manager and Opentext with IAG? could you please elaborate on how we should go about this

Sorry I have one more question - would we be able to connect using the IPS integration scenario too? or will only the SCIM one work?

Hi Anna,

You can find all the integration scenarios in help.sap.com. There are 3 types of integration only.

1. Direct connection from IAG to application (ex ECC)

2. Connect to cloud systems using IPS ( ex S4H Cloud)

3. SCIM connection ( Any SCIM supported cloud application).
