Can SAP BW 7.0 source data from SAP S/4HANA using SAPI?

We do have a list of deprecated datasources in S/4 HANA (we executed RSA3 in S/4 and found same). But since sap bw 7.0 (database is MSSQL 2012) is not being updated, any other checks we have to undertake? Could we change our source system to sap s/4 for sap bw datasources (we do have a few 3.x datasources as well)? any issues for doing so?

We don't have a case where we are exporting data from sap BW elsewhere.

In S/4HANA many extractors have been replaced with CDS Views, which can be extracted via ODP. You should check for the specific extractors, if they are still available in the corresponding S/4HANA version.
