Can SAP BTP Alert Notification Service send SMS directly?

I’m using SAP BTP Alert Notification Service for monitoring and alerting. I want to send SMS messages directly (without external API providers or hardware). Does SAP Alert Notification support SMS as a native channel? If not, what are the best practices to send SMS via webhook integration?SAP Alert Notification service for SAP BTP
