Can not Connect to SLD

hello everyone, 

I found a problem when trying to install the SAP B1 Component Wizard. This happened after I uninstalled the Component Wizard due to a "no services found" error in the SAP B1 Service Manager. and also on SAP B1 the setup wizard is always not responding when I try to Connect to SLD.  If anyone has experienced the same issue, please provide guidance.

for SQL sir, i have checked the IP address on b1-local-machine and verified the IP address and server name on the System32 > drivers > etc > host, but the result is still the same, the SLD cannot connect
