Can I use custom view entity as Value Help?

Title. I have created a custom view entity which selects from custom table. I'm trying to use it as value help on a specific custom field. However, the value help couldn't be found when selecting for value helps.

I have added the annotations but still no success:

@ObjectModel.dataCategory: #VALUE_HELP
@ObjectModel.usageType: {
serviceQuality: #X
sizeCategory: #S
dataClass: #MIXED
