Dear,
I have a question about access rights for different roles. In our system, we have three roles:
Admin (Professional License)
Premium Role (Standard License)
Planner Role (Standard License with fewer rights than Premium)
As an Admin, I can see if private versions have been created by users with Premium or Planner roles. However, I’d like to know if a user with a Premium Role (Standard License) can also see private versions created by other users (Premium or Planner), or if this visibility is limited only to Admins.
Has anyone found a way to enable such access?
Thanks in advance!

No they will not be able to see other private versions. However, the owner of the private version can share it with other users. Once the private version has been shared then the other users will be able to see and update it (depending on any other underlying access constraints)
Cheers, Ivan.
