Can I release 0FI_ACDOCA_10 for ODP myself?

I want to extract data to a data lake using the SAP CDC connector in Azure Data Factory. I have successfully extracted from 0FI_GL_14 and other S-API sources. However, in our S4, in transaction RSA5 the extractor 0FI_ACDOCA_10 and 20 are not released for ODP.

Based on previous posts, it should be possible to have them released for ODP, and based on one conversation, I should be able to do it. On the other hand, some documentation says RODPS_OS_EXPOSE is only for customer written extractors. 

So can I make the extractor available for ODP, or is the extractor just not available with our version and SPS level? (S/4HANA OP, SAP_BASIS 756, SAP_ABA 75G, SAP_BW 756, SPS 000 for all of those)

At least I'm not able to select the extractor for releasing - list appears empty.

Running report BS_ANLY_DS_RELEASE_ODP did the trick. Now the extractors are released for ODP.

SAP note 2232584 adds the functionality. Running the report updates table ROOSATTR.
