Can I export and import a calender task between two SAC tenants

Similar to file / story / model export and import option in SAC, can we transport the calender events from one tenant to another?

I have a process who contains a lot of tasks in my dev tenant. It will be a loss of time to recreate again all this process in my prod tenant.

Any suggestions to solve this issue ?

Hello Cynthia,

It is not possible but you can do it.

1. Navigate to the Calendar where you want to export the object.
2. Right-click on the selected object or look for an "Export" or "Download" option in the context menu. It may be labeled differently depending on your system version.
3. Choose the export format. You can usually export it as a .json file, which is a common format for SAP Analytics Cloud objects.
4. Save the exported .json file to your local machine or a shared location accessible from your quality system.
5. Login to Quality system (or other tenant)
6. Navigate to the Calendar where you want to import the object.
7. Look for an "Import" or "Upload" option in the context menu or toolbar, typically labeled as "Import Calendar" or something similar.
8. Select the .json file that you exported from the development system.
9. Verify that the imported calendar object appears correctly in your quality system's calendar.

Thank you for your proposition but it is not possible in SAP Analytics Cloud.

The best way to solve this issue is to vote the request Enable Calendar task transport.

I hope, it will be available soon maybe in Q4/2023.
