Can I add additional SAP Test and Demo Licenses on the Installation, provided as part of the CAL service. Or if I want to have more than just what's provided in the CAL Image, must I create my own Installation in the Test and Demo applications like "Manage My Services" - load this installation to the hyperscaler server I use for CAL, and then integrate the two installations?.

Software or licenses?

Once the instances are on the hyperscaler, SAP has a bring your own license approach... so basically these are your instances to install software (with licenses as required).

If its connecting to BTP or other SAAS/Cloud solutions, then I'm not sure...
