Call RFC Destination Type G

Hi all,

I have created an RFC Destination of an External URL of an SCPI, but actually when I try to call my RFC Destination thanks to a Call ... Destination, I receive an error because of the Type G.

This is my call function (the destination is my RFC Destination):

Is your url is configured in SM59 with type G

The code pasted is the full code?

Hi

1. Please provide your SM59 configuration screen, I beleive you have created it as type G. (Which is for external url).

2. But you are trying to call the RFC of external system. Are you trying to execute a RFC in another ABAP system?. If so in SM59 connection type should be H and not G.

Please review this and update

I actually have created it as a type G , because I try to reach the URL of the SCPI Receiver. Is SCPI counted as an ABAP system ?
