We have a sponsored Azure Government Cloud subscription that we'd like to connect the CAL to so we can start "playing" with some of the free offerings from the CAL and get our feet wet with S/4.
I've gone over all the available information I can find and for some reason when creating our Azure Account in CAL we get an error saying that our subscription ID cannot be found/does not exist. I've made sure that the ID is right and can't find anything else on the matter.
