Is it possible to change the generic email text body of i.e. a Customer invoice email output?

When sending a customer invoice via email, you might want to customize the generic email text body to better suit your needs. Here are two options to achieve this:

1. Edit Output Settings Before Release:

   • Before releasing the document, open the edit output settings.
   • You can change the generic email text body here.
   • Note that this needs to be done for each individual output.

2. Create an HTML Email Template:

   • You can create an HTML email template for specific form, country, and language variants.
   • For example, create an HTML email template for a Customer Invoice in UK English.
   • In the application and User Management, go to Form Template Maintenance.
   • Select the form variant and click on the action button.
   • Choose the option to create an email template and upload your HTML template.

The advantage of using an HTML email template is that you can design your email creatively to match your preferences.
