BW4/HANA Inventory reference point table

Hello everyone,

we have a custom ADSO modeled for inventory for which the reference point table is increasing too much.

What are the options in BW4/HANA to keep the size of this table in check? is it possible to run some kind of compression?

Many of the records don't have valued kpi so they could technically be deleted without losing any relevant data for reporting.

Hi,

This can be achieved with the process chain.

Create a process chain with selective deletion (customised) process type and schedule it as desired

Please look into this blog which explains how they have incorporated selective deletion in the process chain.
