BW Portal(Favourites) Query property Save As not working for one user only

Hi Team,

Before posting question,i gone thru the existing discussions and not found similar issues and hence am posting below query.

One of the user facing the below issue.

As he needs, he add 3 objects and rows for drill down and saved the report at portal favorites. After save, if he opens saved query , query results are displayed with default output layout instead of saved layout result set.

could you please let me know if any one faced the similar issue or if any one have ideas, please advise me.

Could you please refer to the KBA # 2085459 - Clearing personalization in Enterprise Portal, and clear the personalization data for the users, if it has any, who are experiencing this issue and check if this resolves your issue or not .

Cleaning up of personalization data may be necessary to solve problems that are related to specific users or specific objects in the portal.

If the issue is specific to IE 11, then refer to the below KBA and check if you are following the correct recommendations to be followed for IE 11 or not
