BW on HANA ODP - extractor

Hi all,

I wanted to ask:

1. When you create an ODP connection to ECC with extractors what exactly do you have to do in the ECC side of thing?

2. If you use ODP does that make RFC obsolete?

Hi,

1. On ECC side ensure that extractor (either standard or generic) is released for ODP - follow note 2232584. That's all for ECC.

2. If you mean SAPI by RFC then no, it can coexist simultaneously...
