I am facing a technical challenge regarding the reliable extraction of the Export/Legal Control status from Sales Order Items into BW.
Our business requirement is to report on the exact status that is checked during Legal Control and which determines if the item can proceed to delivery :
- VA03 => Export Licence => Log => "Green Light" or "Red Light" status by item
What is the best practice for extracting this System Status information for a large volume of Sales Order Items into BW in a reliable and performance-friendly way (especially considering Delta extraction)?
Any insights, function module examples, or experience with the specific statuses would be highly appreciated!
