Hello,
After a problem in BW Bridge, I had to reload PCA data from a corporate memory ADSO into an EDW layer ADSO.
The CM ADSO has a lot of requests (6000+) and I wanted to Perform a delta initialization without data and then reload the historical data by a full load.
I did the init without data and then I did a delta from ERP to the CM ADSO and then started the delta to the EDW ADSO. To my surprise, the last delta began to load all the requests from the CM ADSO (Get data request by request was activated in the DTP) into the EDW ADSO.
The problem is that this will take days to finish and because it is in the cloud, I can't find a way to kill it.
I tried note 3518918 - How to manually stop a BW DTP run, but the web interface is so slow that the request is processed before I can even choose the option.
Is there a way to end this DTP with Get data request by request execution?
Also, does the init without data not work in BW Bridge? The request with 0 records is there, as in a "classic" BW system, but it didn't seem to prevent everything from loading.
Kind regards and thanks for any input,
Jorg

Hello @jorg_vdst,
Have you tried to intercept the process chain? See SAP Help | Scheduling or Unscheduling for details.
For the unexpected deltas after the "delta init without data", I recommend creating a support case so that we can check it directly in your system.
As a potential alternative, have you noticed the new flag when you run the DTP?
See also KBA 2974041 - ODP DTP initialization for further details.
Regards,
Dominik
