BW/4HANA User Audit Trace Report

Hello,

I have a BW/4HANA server with reports on it and BW Users. These users have access to reports that can be consumed in SAC - SAP Analytics Cloud and Microsoft Analysis for Excel.

How can I see a User Audit list of what reports are accessed via these applications. I found a few Transaction Codes but it only says if the Connection is RFC or HTTPS or GUI, but I want to see what query a user has used.

Is there any way so I can see this type of report in BW/4HANA GUI interface?

Hi Buganu,

You can setup audit trails on SAP HANA which collects query statistics for HANA users. See our admin guide section on this here :Auditing Activity in the SAP HANA Database
