BW/4HANA component 'not supported' means 'will not run anymore and not editable anymore ?'

Hello

Reading FAQ's on BW/4HANA and in many occasions it says that such and such component will not be supported. Example is BEX. Does this mean that BEX will not run anymore in BW/4HANA or it will be out of maintenance only. If still able to run, can we still edit the BEX already developed ? And extractors like 2LIS*, for example, will they still run in BW/4HANA ?

Hello,

BEx Query Designer can still be used with SAP BW 7.5 but is not supported with SAP BW/4HANA. Using the BW Modeling Tools with SAP BW 7.4 or 7.5 is optional. In SAP BW/4HANA, all queries are created and maintained using the BW Modeling Tools.

Also BEx Analyzer (workbooks), and BEx Web Application Designer (web templates) will not run on SAP BW/4HANA.
