BW/4HANA Cockpit slowness

Hi guys.

Our basis team has implemted the BW/4HANA Cockpit, however, every time we try to managed any object, the cockpit does not show any tile.

Does any body knows how to solved this or is there any workaround.

Our Basis team follow the instructions of SAP Note 2918492 - FAQ: BW/4HANA 2.0 Cockpit Setup assigning the following roles to the user:  SAP_BW4_MODELER and SAP_BW4_REPORTING_USER.

In addition to follow the steps of SAP note 2918492, we update our BW4 to the latest SP and execute task list SAP_BW4_AFTER_UPDATE, so far the BW/4HANA Cockpit has worked well.

Check the notes:

• 2677617 BW/4 cockpit cannot be loaded or no visible tiles exist
• 3405328 FAQ: BW/4HANA 2023 Cockpit Setup
• 3129762 FAQ: BW/4HANA 2021 Cockpit Setup
• 3037823 FAQ: BW/4HANA 2.0 Cockpit Authorizations
• 2922364 FAQ: BW/4HANA 2.0 Cockpit Notifications
• 2918492 FAQ: BW/4HANA 2.0 Cockpit Setup

and ensure, that:

• The related tasklist has been ran without any errors
• The user(s) have all the necessary authorizations
