Button "Create Service" in Soamanager is disabled in Production Environment

Hi All,

   I need your help, the button "Create Service" in Soamanager is inactive in Production environment we already activate in SICF tcode the Node “/sap/bc/srt” and all the sub-nodes, but when I go into Soamanager and try to create the service the "Create Service" button is disabled (In Quality environment and Development environment the button is active and I already create the service).

   Is there another thing to activate in SICF in Production environment? Or is there something else to configure or activate?
