BusinessObject 4.3 sp4 setup issue

Hi Team, 

we have setup newly windows server with BusinessObject 4.3 Sp4. We are using Oracle 19 for cms and audit db. After getting installed , we are facing issue in Crystal report running. We are getting Error : Error in tmp1607ggdhd.rpt : failed to load database information

can anyone help here.

Hi Rahul,

Seems the ODBC path is not set correclty to LD_LIBRARY_PATH. To fix it, you will need to configure file-ODBC.INI and LD_LIBRARY_PATH again.

Hi mauricio_bernardo, Thanks for the reply, I am using windows server 2022. Oracle 19 is used for CMS and Audit DB. But Crystal reports are populatig using Sybase. Sybase database info, I am providing in Database Configuration. But while running the report, I am getting : Error : Error in tmp1607ggdhd.rpt : failed to load database information Would your solution will work on Windows server as well|
