Business partner **** is not blocked; is used in system ****, application ***

Hello there, 

In S/4 Hana Public Cloud i want to delete Workforce Data, therefore i have to Block business Partner Master Data using the App "Block Business Partner" . 

I do get the error message:

Business partner **** is not blocked; is used in system ****, application ***

Further Information: PPM is Component:

Application PPM belongs to application component

PPM-CF

And BUP : 

Application BUP belongs to application component

AP-MD-BP

i looked everywhere but cant find the right application to delete the BP from. Any ideas what App i could delete the BP from or how to find the app?

Hi @Phil_P 

It seems that the main purpose here is to delete unused workforce data.

There are three sets of data (work assignment, business user and business partner), also there are severaly steps need to be follow.

May I know if you checked steps in SAP Help Portal - Delete Employee Data. In which step did you stuck?

Please note that ILM process is not for a specific worker but for archiving or deleting all the workforce persons who are terminated in the system.
