Business explorer anlayzer logon error

Hi experts,

I need help with my issue logging into business explorer analyzer and I am getting an error message pop up saying 'SAP Logon Control' and the details are below and I need to access to this anlyzer....

Can anyone here help me on this issue ?

Hi Kyuho,

Are you working with Microsoft Excel 64 bits?

As you can see in note 2151942, MS Office 64 bit versions are NOT supported for BEx tool. Only Excel/Office 32 bit is supported.

In your both the screenshot, the patch level is 0, you have to update the latest patch and then try again your problem will be solved.

Hi Kyuho,

Could you share the SAPGUI version and patch level of SAPGUI & Bex tool? If the patch level is low, apply the latest patch and try again.
