Build Work Zone | Server IP address could not found

Hi Experts,

We have requirement to expose application to internet for which we have created Work Zone site and trying to expose On Premise application, Exposed Application Tiles are appearing in Work Zone site but when we are trying to access those we are getting below error message, Kindly help in identifying solution / root cause.

Probably wrong configuration in your runtime destination, can you share the details of the destination config?

Cause

On BTP, the URL segment can't exceed 63 characters.
When using destination URL - Tunneled Access,  the total length of the destination URL pattern<subdomain>-sapdelim-<runtime-destination-name> is more than 63 characters.

Resolution

Shorten the length of the URL.
It is impossible to change the subdomain name once it is created, please shorten the length of runtime destination name, make sure the total length of the destination URL pattern<subdomain>-sapdelim-<runtime-destination-name> is less than 63 characters.

Hello Julius, I am getting below error where every app is trying to open the backend S4 server host. "’s server IP address could not be found." And when I am in vpn it is giving saml2 error.

Thank you @Juliuspereira and @WouterLemaire issue is resolved after reducing length of destination name and just keeping lowercase characters
